Oil on canvas, 2003             Top     Nina Bebout - Biography Nina Bebout was born in Nicaragua. She has lived in Costa Rica since 1969, year that she got married, but she remains a US citizen. She begins her artistic journey at a very young ange. At 12, she enters La Escuela de Bellas Artes in Managua, Nicaragua, where she was a disciple of Rodrigo Peralta, a well-known Latin-American painter. At 15, she goes to Milan, Italy and enrolls at La Accademia Attivita Artistica, where she studies for 4 years. At 19, she enrolls at the University de Palo Alto in San Francisco, California. Top
